Spay/Neuter Notice: If the Pet is too young to be spayed or neutered while under the care of the Rescue, or, in the event that the Pet has medical constraints that prevent the Pet from being spayed or neutered, I agree to have the Pet spayed/neutered by a veterinarian’s office that is approved by the Rescue no later than:

If the Pet is brought to one of the Rescue’s approved veterinarians, the spay/neuter will be paid for by the Rescue. If I choose to bring the Pet to my vet, I am responsible for the costs for the surgery and I agree to provide documentation to the Rescue that the spay or neuter was completed. I am leaving a refundable deposit in the amount entered, along with the adoption fee, to ensure that this is taken care of by the above date. If I fail to comply, I will lose my deposit and the Rescue will take back and reclaim the Pet.
